All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with prior authorization from BeemerShop.

All parts and printed materials must be in their original packaging and items must be in original, undamaged condition to be eligible for a full refund. A handling fee of 15% of original purchase price may be assessed after inspection of returned products.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless defective or shipped incorrectly.

Sorry no returns on special order items, tools, electrical items or custom built shocks.

No returns on GS-911 with VIN# added, unless defective.

To obtain return authorization, call 831-438-1100 or email parts@beemershop.com: Include your name, order number, list of returned item(s) and the reason for the return.

Upon receipt of your return, exchange item(s) will be shipped or an electronic refund issued as directed. Re-shipments and refund transactions are confirmed via email.
