600W Omega Charging System Kit by Ei with 107mm Stator

This is the most powerful Airhead charging system on the market, and it will not let you down even when pulling significant amps caused by power hungry accessories like additional driving lights and heated clothing.

Kit Includes:

  • 1 600W Rotor
  • 1 107mm Stator
  • 1 Diode Board (w/ all necessary wiring) - ELA44063
  • 1 Pair (2) of Alternator Brushes - ELA44480
  • 1 Voltage Regulator - ELA44410
  • 1 Rotor Removal Tool - TOA14008
  • 1 Front Crank Seal - Viton - ENA55011
  • __________________________________________________________________________________________

See the impressive output numbers from Robert Fleisher's (aka Snobum) testing, published on his website bmwmotorcycletech.info:

... the battery was heavily loaded (typically 40, 50, and 90 amperes). This especially was so for wherever you see the SAME RPM being used. Below table is for the tests on the "600" (Ei 600 Watt System) with the new battery; note that VR (Voltage Regulator) set point is 14.08v, warm.

    600 Watt system on an 84 R100RS

Ted, Thought you would like some thoughts on the 600 Watt system purchased from you and installed on my 84 R100RS. Over the years have had: 1. The stock system, (OK, but not good for heated grips, and heated vest, with additional lighting). 2. The Enduralast system (Maybe OK, for some folks, but I burned through 3 regulators and never had a solid voltmeter reading). 3. NOW the 600 watt unit from you (EI). To date I have had it installed about 2,000 miles, yesterday on Cameron Pass, I had the heated grips, heated vest, aux lighting (LED's) and the headlight all running, the voltmeter was rock solid at 14.5 VDC (yes it has been calibrated). Finally a reliable charging system upgrade to the stock Airhead system. Thank you!! Don Wreyford Longmont, CO ABC 7915
