Amazing torque from this compact unit.
Installs smoothly... after chasing the starter mounting bolts through the mounting plate backwards, to clean out the threads. Otherwise perfect.
Starts like lightning, inside a tornado.

Valeo starter crapped out, formally surrendering with acrid smoke rising from the front of my 92 GS. Deliberated on the choices and went with the ND starter just like I did over 20 years ago with my first 92 GS. Also installed an Odyssey PC 925L battery with over 300 cold crank amps. The combination creates a near instant start - marked improvement over my old combination. Pay once, cry once, smile every time it explodes into a burbly start.
