Triumph 1200 Scrambler OEM Ohlins Shock Harshness Eliminator Re-valve

The stock Ohlins shocks on the Triumph 1200 XE and XC are over damped on both compression and rebound.  This results in a harsh ride and reduced traction.  Also, due to the excessive rebound damping, when the shocks compress they stay compressed too long, making them susceptible to “packing down” and bottoming.  We correct a shortcoming in the piston design and re-valve the stock Ohlins shocks to give a much more responsive ride, removing the harshness and increasing bottoming resistance.  They will also have a much wider and more useful range of adjustability. This is all done at considerably lower cost than what others typically spend to improve suspension on other bike models.
