Emerald Island Brake Caliper Rebuild Kit for Brembo brake calipers - 32mm/34mm Pistons

Replaces BMW OEM part# 34112331631, rebuilds one front caliper. Order quantity two to rebuild both front calipers.

Kit includes the following:

  • (4) Brake Caliper Pistons
  • All necessary Piston Seals
    • Rebuild Grease

    PLEASE NOTE:  The o-rings used between the caliper halves are not included in this kit.  The manufacturer recommends that the calipers not be split as they can distort and leak when they go back together even with new o-rings. The pistons can be removed without splitting the caliper.

    Just received my kit(s) today. Both front calipers were 32mm/34mm Brembo. The kits were complete and everything fit perfectly. Pistons provided were what I believe to be an updated version as they had an added insulating plug of non-conductive material to aid in keeping the brake fluid cooler under hard braking - nice feature. Original front pistons did not have this feature - only the rear caliper.
    Recommended
