After installing multiple brands of stainless exhaust systems on these bikes over the years, we've come full circle to Keihan because of not only the high quaity but perhaps even more importantly the excellent fit. It was not unusual to have to fight with other brands to get them to line up and install. Other brands have come and gone over the years while Keihan has withstood the test of time. Still hand made in The UK, Keihan and has been the go-to stainless exhaust system for those looking for trouble free fit and best quality.
Note: Stainless exhaust pipes will turn a beautiful golden color during use. If you are looking for that original chrome look these pipes are not for you.
Tech tip: It is extremely important that you thoroughly spray and wipe down all surfaces of these exhaust pipes after installation or you may end up with smudges and fingerprints appearing after the first startup. These smudges are very difficult to remove as they get burned into the surface the first time the pipes get hot. We use a residue free solvent such as contact cleaner with clean blue paper towels to remove all residue before startup.
