Inside, a big 35mm high-flow piston offers superior damping performance compared to the small piston found in the OEM BMW cartridge. Apart from a high oil flow, this piston size allows for stable, well-controlled damping behavior.

The cartridge kit comes with extensive adjustment options to help you find the perfect setup for your riding style.

The compression rebound damping can easily be fine-tuned with 18 clicks on the top of the fork legs. The adjustments are separate, meaning that the left fork leg is used for compression damping adjustment, and the right fork leg contains the rebound damping adjustment. In both cartridges the preload can be adjusted over 12 mm.

The cartridges are equipped with a so-called hydraulic end stop against bottoming out. It effectively is a cushion that absorbs the high ingoing energy and prevents hard bottoming of the front suspension. In short: the hydraulic end stop soaks up the hardest hits before they ever reach you or your bike.
