Ted, Just wanted to drop you a note to say that following our last correspondence all of the suspension components installed nicely. The Tractive suspension performed flawlessly on the NMBDR through many different types of terrain...even through one of the craziest rock gardens I've ridden (Chloride Canyon). The Tiger feels more stable and is a joy to ride off road. The guy who was trying to install his shock upside down the night before leaving for New Mexico survived both the install and test rides, and has no one to thank but you for your time and support!!!
