Change your own Hyperpro, Yacugar, YSS, Ohlins, TracTive, TFX or Wilbers shock springs (many OEM shocks too) with our inexpensive spring compressor tool.
Here's the info you might need to determine if this compressor will work on your shock: Maximum distance between plates is 410mm so most motorcycle shocks will fit in this space. The diameter of the large hole in the top plate where the spring retainer is removed is 75mm.
Includes apaptor crown for some Showa ESA shocks, and reducer ring for smaller 36mm shocks.
Designed to work on the most common shock sizes which are either 46mm shock bodies with 57-59mm I.D.springs, or the smaller 36mm bodies (using the reducer ring) with 46mm I.D. springs.

This compressor out of the box doesn't work for a '21 BMW R1250GSA factory ESA shock. The spacer ring and adapter are not used and you need to cut 1/4" off one of the long sides of the plate in order for it to fit behind the plastic shock guard. After that, it works great!
