Alternator Brush Plate / Airhead 1970-On

After installing the Emerald Island 450 watt charging system purchased from Ted's Beemershop, I noticed the front of my brush housing was cracked. Not to worry. Ted's replacement made by Emerald Island worked perfectly. I was surprised though: I didn't realize it was coming with new nuts, washers, star washers, and spade bits as well as new insulators. That was a nice surprise. Part fit perfectly. I adjusted the angle of the leads coming off the brushes (nicely furnished with ring mounts), so the insulated wire braid moved a little more smoothly and was less kinked. Everything looks perfect and works perfectly now.
