Fork Rebuild Kit for /6 & /7 Airheads 74-80 Except R65 without oil, for customers who already have oil and don't need it added to the price of the kit.

Purchase this kit to completely overhaul and reseal leaking forks. Brand new seals, bumpers and gaskets are included. We also offer fork boots, fork oil and fork springs below.

Beemershop tech tip: The large gasket between the bottom fork leg cap and the fork leg can leak even when new unless you apply a good thread sealant to the gasket and lower threads of the lower cap such as Hylomar (which is now under the Permatex brand item #85420 available at your local auto parts store). Then using a 36mm socket, torque the cap to 70 ft lbs (95 N/m)
