    Purchased this to replace the YSS on my ‘95 BMW R100RT. Great shock and came set up really well for my weight. I immediately noticed the height difference when I took it off the center stand. Preload is dead on giving it a firm feel while stopped and at lower speed but not too stiff. The rear lightens up and becomes almost neutral once moving. I’m not a suspension expert but I’m guessing this is based on how fast the shock can react when needed. Either way, it’s a very impressive shock that totally changed the feel of my bike. Only wish I had done it sooner.
