Yacugar top quality chrome silicon steel fork springs.

Polished for reduced friction.  

Two stage rate of 4.5 N/mm to 8.4 N/mm which starts stiffer than the very soft stock 3.5 N/mm stock springs to provide better support, then increases significantly to a much higher rate to prevent bottoming in off road environments. For less aggressive environments see our Wilbers springs which also provide better support and reduced nosedive but have a less aggressive second stage to maintain comfort throughout the stroke.

You will need one (1) bottle of 10 weight fork oil - see related items.

Recommended air chamber 170 mm.  

Instructions for setting air chamber: 

Please note: Requires special tool to install. 

1) Remove fork spring and drain old oil.  

2) Compress fork fully with spring removed.  

3)  Add oil until oil level is the prescribed distance from the top of the tube - this is your air chamber.  

Piston rods should be pumped several times to dispel any remaining air before final measurement is made.
