YACUGAR FRONT FORK SPRINGS / Progressive Fork Springs // For the KTM 390 Adventure '20-On

The stock WP Apex 43mm fork on the 390 Adv has rather soft 5.5 N/mm fork springs. Installing these two stage springs in your fork with their starting rate of 6.5 N/mm better supports the weight on the front of the bike while still providing good rider comfort. The gradual uptick in rate as the fork compresses drastically reduces nose dive and prevents blowing through the stroke too quickly while riding more aggressively off road. 

  • Fits KTM 390 Adventure '20-On
  • While replacing fork springs is a relatively easy operation, it is still recommended they be installed by a professional
  • Two bottles of 5 wt fork oil required, but not included, see below to order. Set air chamber to 130mm for all purpose use.

    • When changing the fork springs, drain all the old oil from the fork. Add new fork oil, pump the damper rod several times to expel all air and set the air chamber to 130 mm. The air chamber is simply the distance from the oil level up to the top of the fork tube with the spring removed and the fork fully compressed.
